Terms & Conditions
By accessing or purchasing from Soda Queen Africa, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Product Safety & Compliance
- All CO₂ gas cylinders are manufactured in compliance with international safety and pressure-vessel standards and are intended for domestic beverage carbonation use.
- The CO₂ used is food-grade and certified, supplied by Carbacid, a recognized CO₂ producer in East Africa.
Warranty Policy
- CO₂ Cylinders: Covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Soda Queen Machines: Covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modification
- Unauthorized repairs
- Normal wear and tear
Proper Use
Products must be used strictly according to the provided user instructions. Soda Queen Africa shall not be responsible for damage resulting from improper or unsafe use.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. Soda Queen Africa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Return Policy
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Used CO₂ cylinders
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Items returned without original packaging
Defective Products
If a product has a confirmed manufacturing defect, it will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the applicable warranty.
